“Oh dear!” If you believe a product is faulty or damaged through no fault of your own, please contact us. email@example.com.
As we don’t want anything to happen to your return, we arrange the return. We will send the product to the manufacturer to replace or repair. If this isn't possible, we will happily offer you a refund or an exchange.
Please ensure the following:
- You contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of recieving your product and prior to returning the product to advise the details
- Goods are returned in original condition with their original packaging (with tags etc)
Please Note: If upon examination, the item is found not to be defective, we will return the item with delivery being at your cost.
If you have a change of mind – we are happy to exchange within 7 days. Contact us at email@example.com to make arrangements.
- We arrange the post back to us, at your expense. Paid before we issue your credit note/ exchange your product (This ensures there are no further issues with return or damage liability to you.
- You may exchange or receive a credit note. Credit notes are valid for 1 month.
- The new item you choose will also attract a new delivery fee.
- There is no cost to make an exchange itself (restocking fees etc) only the costs for shipping and where the price difference for the exchanged item.
